On Monday we were invited to a Labor Day BBQ and asked to bring a side dish. I honestly couldn't think of anything to take. Potato salad? Green salad? Pasta salad? Then, it came to me...deviled eggs. The only problem was that I hadn't ever made any before. It immediately hit up the internet to find a great recipe. After a while looking I finally came across one that caught my eye and decided to give it a try and it was awesome! You can find the recipe here. I didn't tweak the recipe at all, just added a little paprika to give it that little bit of extra color.
The only tip I can give for deviled eggs is to make sure you plan ahead. Fresh eggs are SO difficult to peel and when you're making deviled eggs you want the eggs to look really nice, so I would recommend your eggs being a couple weeks old, they will peel so easy.
